Comptitude is the comparable-sales engine behind Wolliz, MirAInda REOS and Flipsterz. A standalone view is on the way — one that shows you the comparables and tells you why each one is there.
What it is
Every comparable sales report answers a question somebody is about to be asked — by a seller deciding on a price, a buyer deciding on an offer, a broker signing off on the file. Comptitude is being built so the report carries the reasoning with it: which properties, how they were weighted, and what the adjustment was for.
The idea
A number on its own invites an argument. A number with its reasoning attached invites a conversation, and that is what the report is for.
Each property in the set comes with why it earned its place and what was adjusted for, in plain language rather than a footnote.
The name is not an accident. Comptitude has opinions, says so, and shows its working so you can disagree with it on the merits.
Where it runs
Comptitude is the comps engine across the MirAInda family — Wolliz for consumers, MirAInda REOS for the professionals running a transaction, and Flipsterz for investors. Each product gets the view its users need rather than a shared screen that suits none of them. MirAInda is the front door; this is the engine behind it, getting a face of its own.

Your email is used for one thing: to tell you when early access opens. We will not call or text you, we do not ask for a phone number, and we will not pass your address to anyone else. Reply to any message and we will remove you.
Comptitude produces comparable sales reports and market estimates. A comparable sales report is not an appraisal, and MirAInda is not a licensed appraiser, real estate agent or broker. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
